Youth Ministry
Youth ministry at the Sanctuary operates under the belief that “it takes a village to raise a child.” The current generation of youth faces enormous challenges from an ever changing, uncertain, and increasingly impersonal world. The Youth ministry at the Sanctuary seeks to work in partnership with parents to create a safe and sacred space where youth can be themselves, while also creating a positive learning environment. The overall vision of the youth ministry is to disciple a new generation of believers for Jesus Christ, equip them to live the gospel, and connect them to the larger community of believers in order that they may grow spiritually, emotionally, and intellectually.
The Youth ministry also conducts retreats, trips, social events, and opportunities for community service in order that youth may not only fellowship but also learn to put their faith into practice by serving their community and keeping them off the streets.
The Youth group meets the first and third Fridays of the month at 7:00pm for Teen Night.
